People pair these two in searches because both are sneaker-first Yupoo stores with names that promise cheap. That is where the similarity ends. The evidence we hold on each is not just different in volume, it is about completely different questions, and comparing them fairly means saying so before anything else.
This page compares records, not sellers. We have bought from neither, held a shoe from neither, and there is no score anywhere below.
What each record is made of
For BUDGETSHOES we hold six quoted comments, pulled from three threads across five subreddits, out of 66 comments we read on seven posts. Nine of those comments were on-topic enough to keep. Five of the six quotes come from a single r/FashionReps thread dated 30 July 2024. The sixth is from r/CoutureReps, five months later.
For Cool Kicks we hold three quoted comments, from two subreddits, out of 130 comments across six posts. Only three of the 130 were on-topic. Two of the three date from 18 May 2021 and sit in the same thread; the third is from September 2023.
So Cool Kicks has the bigger raw haul of Reddit chatter and by far the thinner usable one. BUDGETSHOES has fewer comments read and more of them that say something specific. Neither of those facts is a quality signal.
The BUDGETSHOES thread is an identity argument

We have not verified any of that. It is what commenters wrote in that thread, and the thread is linked from the BUDGETSHOES evidence page so you can read the argument rather than our excerpt of it.
The one comment we hold that describes an actual object is from a different subreddit, months later:
I have the LV Trainers from Budgetshoess here, they are really good for the price but the shoe certainly has one or two flaws that I have noticed.

The Cool Kicks record barely engages with Cool Kicks
The two 2021 comments are a disagreement about batches in which Cool Kicks is the thing being disagreed about, not described:

Read that second one carefully. It is a buyer relaying what other posts claimed, ending in "supposedly". It is hearsay about hearsay, and we are storing it because it is the closest thing to a positive account of Cool Kicks in our whole corpus.
The third quote we hold is from a 2023 thread about a photo someone's cousin sent, and says nothing about the seller's goods at all. We keep it for completeness; it should not weigh in anybody's decision.
What neither record covers
Neither seller has a quoted account of an order going wrong — no refund, no wrong size, no dispute, no seller who stopped replying. Three comments and six comments are both far too small a sample to contain one, so read that silence as sample size, not service.
Neither has anything recent. The newest Cool Kicks comment is from 2023 and the newest BUDGETSHOES one from December 2024. Yupoo stores change hands, change stock and change behaviour, which is exactly what the BUDGETSHOES thread is about.
On stock: we could resolve marketplace links for only three BUDGETSHOES items, all sneakers, and none at all for Cool Kicks, whose albums cover an enormous spread of brands and categories. A Cool Kicks album with no buy link is normal for that store, not proof anything is gone — but it does mean nothing there is directly buyable from what we scraped.
