Most seller pages on this site argue about quality. This one does not, because the Reddit record for budgetshoess argues about something earlier in the chain: whether the store now using the name is the seller who built it.
We hold six quoted comments. Five of them come from a single r/FashionReps thread posted on 30 July 2024, whose title reads as a warning rather than a review. The sixth is a quality-control post from r/CoutureReps five months later. There is nothing after December 2024 in our record at all.

And the most explicit one draws a conclusion that does not depend on resolving the identity question at all:

A fifth comment in the same thread repeated that budgetshoes never came back and steered readers toward a different budget seller entirely. The link it carried did not survive into our copy of the comment, so we are not reproducing a recommendation we cannot check.
What "the raid" means here, and what we cannot confirm
One comment refers to a raid, and to the seller being dropped from a trusted list afterwards. Our record contains that sentence and nothing else about it — no date, no source, no detail about what was seized or by whom. We have not verified it, and you should not treat our reproducing it as verification.
The same caution applies in the other direction. Four commenters asserting that the original seller never returned is four people's belief, formed in one thread on one afternoon, partly from a Discord none of us can read. It is a strong signal that the community treated the account as suspect in mid-2024. It is not proof of who is behind the store today.
The one buyer who posted about goods in hand
Five months after that thread, someone on r/CoutureReps put up a quality-control post for a pair of LV Trainers bought from this store:
I have the LV Trainers from Budgetshoess here, they are really good for the price but the shoe certainly has one or two flaws that I have noticed.

That is the entire in-hand record: one pair, one buyer, one sentence of praise with a flaw disclaimer attached. The rest of that comment is contact details rather than assessment.
Three items
Our scrape of this store resolved just three items to both a usable product photo and a marketplace link that opens. Sneakers, in all three cases. For comparison, stores of similar public profile in the seller directory routinely return hundreds or thousands.
We are not going to tell you what a count of three means. It is consistent with a store that has been emptied, a store that never had much, or a store that keeps its inventory somewhere our crawler cannot follow. It does mean that if you were expecting to browse a catalogue, there is very little here to browse.
