Two years apart, in two different threads, people kept arriving to ask where the store was. Nobody had to explain how to find it, which tells you the seller is well established and easy to reach, and tells you nothing whatsoever about what arrives in the post. The last of the three sat at zero score.
That pattern is worth naming because it is easy to misread. A seller everyone recognises looks, at a glance, like a seller everyone endorses. Recognition and endorsement are different things and this record only contains the first.

That is one sentence, from a QC thread about an Ajax away shirt, from a buyer naming two competitors he preferred. It carries no detail — no season, no fault, no description of the shirt — and it is over five years old. It scored 8, the second-highest thing in the set, which means the thread agreed with it and does not mean the thread verified it.
The only account of a problem being fixed

This is the most useful comment we hold about this seller, because it is the only one describing what happened after something went wrong: a custom print done incorrectly, and an exchange accepted without a fight.
It needs its context. The thread it sits in is titled as a warning never to order from him. We do not hold the complaint that gave the thread its title — only this reply to it. So the single positive account of AAAAJersey's after-sales behaviour in our corpus is a rebuttal, and the thing it is rebutting is not in front of us.
