Is Fuguier38 legit? Two of three comments dispute the reviews

The record we hold on Fuguier38 is three Reddit comments: one buyer who liked his McQueens, and two people arguing the positive reviews were not organic.

Published 2026-08-10

Fuguier38 is a Yupoo seller whose link in our index opens on a single category rather than a store front. Our brand tags for him are narrow — Alexander McQueen, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton — which fits a seller working a few lines rather than a general reseller. He appears in r/FashionReps, r/DesignerReps and r/stockholmreps.

We scanned five threads and 86 comments and kept three. Two of those three are people questioning whether the reviews of him were real, which changes how you have to read the third one.

This page is the evidence, not a verdict. We have never ordered from Fuguier38, we cannot confirm or refute what these commenters allege, and no rating of him appears anywhere below.

The thread that reframes everything else

In September 2025, r/stockholmreps ran a PSA thread naming Fuguier38 alongside two other sellers. We hold two comments from it. The first describes a pattern the commenter noticed in the reviews themselves:

I have thought about it because after reading many reviews of Fuguier I realized that all the posters are from Philippines, a country that are good at English. That’s really weird. And it’s actually true.

u/DeuxSolitaire, r/stockholmreps, 8 September 2025

The second is shorter and sourer:

Fuguier pattern was so obvious and that guy popped out of nowhere. His quality was also so so… Bottom line : we will not miss you guys 🙂

u/Final_Evening8774, r/stockholmreps, 8 September 2025

Both are accusations, made by strangers, in a thread we did not verify. Neither commenter shows a receipt, a screenshot, or an account audit. "All the posters are from Philippines" is an assertion about other people's accounts, and we have not checked it.

What we can say is that it was said, in public, on a subreddit that pays attention to this, and that nobody in our record contradicts it.

The one first-hand account we hold

Five months earlier, on r/DesignerReps, a buyer posted McQueens received from Fuguier38 and wrote:

Got these under a week shipped, they feel overall very good quality and leather feels not too sticky which is great. Im happy and will order more from him for sure.

u/hubstar1455, r/DesignerReps, 16 April 2025

That is a genuinely useful comment on its own terms. It names a specific thing about the leather, which is the kind of detail people who actually held an object tend to produce.

It also sat at zero upvotes, and it is exactly the shape of post the September thread is complaining about: enthusiastic, first-person, no downside mentioned, ending in a direct contact.

We are not calling that comment fake. We are saying that once an allegation about review patterns is on the record, every positive review of that seller carries less weight than it did before — including this one, and including any you find yourself. That is the actual cost of an astroturfing accusation, whether or not it turns out to be true.

What the record does not contain

Three comments is a thin record for anyone. Three comments where two are about the reviews rather than the products is thinner still, because it means our file contains almost nothing about what he actually sends people.

He sells over WhatsApp, and that matters

The buy instruction in the April comment is a WhatsApp number, not a marketplace listing. Our copy of it is truncated, and we would not reproduce the number anyway.

A brokered order — you message, he quotes, you pay — leaves no listing, no order page and no platform to dispute through. It is normal in this market and it is also the arrangement with the least recourse. If you are new, read how to buy reps and understand what you are giving up before you agree to it.

Where a seller does post proper product links, paste them into the link decoder and it will return a working buy link for the agents this site supports, including from old threads whose links have since died. How we collect and grade all of this is on the methodology page.

What this page is not saying

It is not saying Fuguier38 is a scam, and it is not saying the accusations are proven. It is saying that the public record we hold on him is three comments, that two of them attack the credibility of the rest, and that a reasonable person should treat everything written about this seller — praise especially — as unconfirmed.
