Is goat-official legit? A record that stops in 2022

Two of the three comments we hold about GOAT are from 2021 and 2022, and the third asks a question. What that ageing record says, and what it stopped being able to say.

Published 2026-08-10

GOAT here means the Yupoo seller at goat-official, not the sneaker resale marketplace with the same name, and if you arrived from a search that mixed the two up, that is the first thing worth separating. This GOAT is an apparel, outerwear and accessories seller, most often mentioned around Corteiz and Trapstar. We hold 496 items from their albums, and three of the 130 comments we read across r/FashionReps, r/fashionrepsv2 and r/weidianwarriors name them.

We do not rate sellers on this site. What follows is the record with its dates attached, because in this particular case the dates are most of the story.

Two of three comments are four years old

The two substantive mentions we hold were posted in September 2021 and February 2022. The third is from April 2026 and contains no information about the seller at all. There is nothing in between.

That matters more than it would for a restaurant review. Rep sellers change factories, change staff, get bought, get busy, and stop replying. A 2021 account of how orders were handled is a real piece of evidence about 2021, and an assumption about now.

What the 2021 comment claims, and about whom

The older of the two sits in a thread whose title is itself a warning about GOAT and Trapstar orders. Read the comment carefully, because it is not really about GOAT:

Sellers been giving out fake tracking ID's for years on here, its just a way so it looks like they sent it out but are probably scrambling to make up the orders and get the factory making more products. Scummy move but its not just goat doing this.

u/Repskrrt, r/FashionReps, 15 September 2021

The commenter's own sentence does the work: the practice they describe is one they attribute to sellers generally, and they say explicitly that GOAT is not alone in it. Quoting this as a GOAT-specific finding would be a misreading of the source, so we are not going to do that. What it supports is narrower and still useful: in September 2021, in a thread about GOAT, a well-received comment treated a stalled order with a moving tracking number as a normal thing that happens, rather than as an accusation anyone needed convincing of.

It is also secondhand. The commenter is explaining a pattern, not reporting their own parcel.

The loudest comment is the least informative

The highest-scoring comment we hold about GOAT is a shout:

FUCK GOAT WHEN YALL GONNA STOP FANGIRLING BAD QUALITY SELLERS???

u/CryptoKillerx6, r/FashionReps, 20 February 2022

Ten upvotes, in a thread titled around poor quality, and not one checkable detail in it. No garment, no measurement, no photo, no order, no date of purchase. It tells you a strongly negative opinion existed and was popular in that thread. It cannot tell you what was wrong with the item, whether the person owned one, or whether the same complaint would hold today.

We publish it because leaving out the top-voted comment would be a nicer page and a worse record. We are not going to pretend it is a review.

Then a four-year gap, and a question

The only recent mention we captured is from April 2026, in someone else's haul thread for a different seller:

Which you do you like most? Goat or MVT?

u/GreenAstronaut68, r/FashionReps, 28 April 2026

That is a person asking, in 2026, the question this page exists because of. Our corpus does not hold the answer they got. What it does show is that the name is still circulating years after the criticism, which is worth knowing in both directions: it means GOAT did not disappear, and it means the newest thing anyone wrote about them in our sample was a question rather than an experience.

What the evidence does not cover

Three comments out of 130 read is the definition of a thin sample, and two of the three are opinion or general commentary rather than experience. That is the whole basis for anything anyone says about this seller here.

If you want to look yourself

Every quote above is linked to its thread on the GOAT evidence page, including the two 2021 and 2022 threads, so you can read the replies we did not quote. How we grade evidence explains why three naming comments puts this seller mid-ladder and why age is not currently part of that grade.

Old GOAT links from those threads frequently no longer open. Paste one into the link decoder and it will usually still recover the item from the shape of the URL. If this would be your first order from any Chinese seller, how to buy reps covers the agent step and the QC photos, which are the only part of this process that gives you evidence about your own parcel instead of somebody else's from 2021.
