The first is someone chasing a result. The second is a winner naming the piece they claimed. Neither describes an item arriving, a size fitting, a price paid or a problem handled. A giveaway thread generates volume and no evidence — dozens of comments, almost none of them about anything a buyer would want to know.

It sits under a thread whose URL asks whether to send back a Canada Goose Langford bought from NIS. So the shape is: a buyer with doubts about a jacket, and a bystander relaying warnings about returns that they did not experience themselves.
Take that for exactly what it is. It is not a documented refund failure. It is not nothing either — a returns warning is the kind of thing worth knowing before money moves — but our corpus contains no first-hand account of a return going wrong, and repeating a rumour with more confidence than its source had would be dishonest.
