That question is the seam between these two records. Everything the MOOK file contains happens before it; almost everything the TopSelect file contains happens after it. Read side by side, they are less two opinions about two stores than two halves of one order, documented by strangers who never met. Neither seller is rated on this page.
MOOK's record stops at the checkout
Five threads on r/FashionReps and r/RepsFashionDogs carry 141 comments about MOOK; seven of them are about the seller, and six are quoted on the MOOK evidence page. What those six argue about is not quality. It is how to get an order placed at all.

That buyer pasted the refusal message his agent sent back. Agents screen the listings they are asked to buy, and a listing can be blocked without the seller doing anything unusual. Another buyer, six months later, moved the parcel instead of the purchase:
I never ship things from Mook directly, I use forwarding to send to superbuy and they ship for me.

The one flat opinion in the file puts its most important word in the middle:
Mook is fine. I have only ordered from him through an agent though. Never had any issues and the product was great.

An agent-mediated purchase moves most of the ways an order fails onto the agent, so that sentence is evidence about a route as much as about a store.
The one product-level line is about a category rather than a piece:

TopSelect's record starts once the payment clears
The TopSelect file is the mirror image. Five threads, 93 comments, six on topic, and its centrepiece is one man narrating the gap between paying and receiving.
I wanted to provide an update. I received my shoes today. It was 47 says since I ordered and paid. I have to admit, the wait was well worth it.

The typo is his. He wrote the figure out properly in a near-identical comment posted to r/stockholmreps the same day, and added the detail that makes the number mean something:

Long enough that a buyer assumed the order had failed and paid a second seller while he waited. Somebody reading that account in real time drew the conclusion the poster had not intended:

What the answer is actually worth
MOOK's record has no delivery figure, so this page will not supply one. TopSelect's has exactly one, and one is a fragile thing to plan around.
Count people rather than comments and the TopSelect file shrinks fast: three of its six quotes are u/t8r-bug, posting the same order into two subreddits and then defending it. Of the four accounts, one had received nothing yet and two were commenting on a wallet and a piece of luggage. Everything falls in a four-week window in mid-2026, most of it on one day.
MOOK's file is thinner per voice but spread wider: six comments across two subreddits, August 2024 to July 2026. That sounds like sustained coverage until you notice two of the six are questions.
Catalogue: 3,373 items against nothing
We resolved 3,373 MOOK items to a usable photo and a working buy link, across apparel, bags and sneakers — one of the largest catalogues on this site, and "Huge yupoo too" is the one claim in either record our index can corroborate.
For TopSelect we hold no catalogue at all — no indexed products, nothing on the shelf. So the store with thousands of items has almost no written record attached to them, and the store with a written record has nothing we can show you to browse.
The half neither record covers
Put the two files end to end and you still do not have a complete order. Neither describes a refund, a QC rejection, a wrong item, an item that failed after wear, or a seller who stopped answering. Both files have no negative comment in them at all — across thirteen on-topic comments and perhaps seven distinct buyers, which is a sample too small to contain a complaint rather than a clean record. Neither gives you a size, a measurement or a fit note; the one person who asked about MOOK's sizing was never answered.
Reading them together
The useful move is not to pick between these two files. It is to notice which stage of your own order each leaves you blind at, then close that gap: place the order through an agent so purchase and parcel both sit inside a system with a record, and treat the warehouse photo as the inspection you are paying for.
