It is reasonable to assume that a seller found in a jewellery subreddit has a jewellery record. In our corpus that assumption fails for two of the three sellers it applies to, and the failure is worth walking through, because the same mistake is available in every specialised sub in this hobby.
Three of the 124 sellers on this site carry r/JewelryReps in their footprint. Zero of the 237 comments we quote verbatim were posted there. Across the threads we read for those three there are 241 comments, 7 of which name the seller, and the quotes we kept run from 23 September 2019 to 14 April 2025 — every one of them written in r/FashionReps.
We hold no subscriber count, no moderator name and no rules for this sub, and nothing below invents them.
Three sellers, three completely different kinds of nothing
- Hlin, some evidence: 3 of 68 comments read name them. Two subs. The only one of the three whose record is actually about jewellery.
- 3125TIGER, some evidence: 4 of 173. Five subs. Their whole quoted record is from 2019 and concerns clothing and pricing.
- Audrey, posts only: our crawl found a single post and no readable comment thread at all. r/JewelryReps is the only subreddit we found them in.
The one jewellery conversation we hold is about wrist size
Jewellery is measured, not sized, and the fit question is arithmetic rather than a guess about a size run. The most substantive comment in this entire set is somebody doing that arithmetic in public:
Hey, I’m about to order a Fred 10 bracelet for men from Hlin or Justin Sellers. I measured my wrist size (17.1 cm). The seller is recommending either 18.5 cm or 19 cm. I saw that you went with the 18 cm size. What’s your wrist size, if you don’t mind sharing?

Look at what that contains: a measured wrist, a seller's recommendation spanning 18.5 to 19 cm, and an existing owner who chose 18. It does not contain a rule. The buyer is asking a stranger for a body measurement because there is no chart to consult, which is the ordinary state of buying a bracelet this way.
The other Hlin comment we hold is a question with no answer behind it:

We do not answer that question anywhere on this site, and the reason is on our methodology page: we take a commission on every agent link we carry, so naming a best seller would be a recommendation with a price on it.
One comment, stored twice
Full disclosure about our own numbers. Of the three quotes we hold for Hlin, two are the same comment: same author, same thread, same day, identical text. Our pipeline recorded it twice.
So the honest count is two distinct comments about the seller with the strongest jewellery record in this index, not three. We are leaving the duplicate visible rather than quietly deleting it, because a corpus that silently repairs itself is a corpus you cannot check. Is Hlin legit shows the same record with the threads linked.
The 2019 record that has nothing to do with jewellery
3125TIGER carries the largest catalogue of the three — we index 3,841 of their items, led by apparel, sneakers and outerwear — and every comment we quote about them was written in 2019, in r/FashionReps, about clothing and about money.
I'm buying only from TopStoney, YC Richlooser, Singor1, 0832club, 3125tiger, hansolo. I won't try something new in near future because I don't want to waste like on the beginning of being repfam.

Two months later the mood in our record turns, in a pair of threads about this seller raising prices mid-order. One commenter, arguing with people attacking the seller, asked the practical question:

Our record also holds a blunt and hostile comment about this seller from that November, on their page with its thread; is 3125TIGER legit covers the pricing dispute in full. None of it is about a bracelet, a chain or a ring. A buyer who found this name in a jewellery sub and then read the seller's Reddit history would be reading seven-year-old arguments about outerwear pricing.
The seller who exists only here
Audrey is the opposite failure. One post, no comment thread we could read, no quotable sentence, and a single subreddit. Thirty-six of our 124 sellers appear in exactly one sub, and this is what the bottom of that group looks like: a name, an album, and no public account of a single transaction.
That is not an accusation. It is a description of a blank.
Before you buy jewellery from an album
The category shifts the burden onto measurements and photographs, because the community record — at least the part of it we hold — is close to empty.
- Give a measurement, do not accept a size. Wrist, neck or finger in centimetres or millimetres, and ask the seller which number their listing refers to: inner circumference or total length. The comment above shows a 0.5 cm spread inside a single recommendation, and an owner who went half a centimetre below the bottom of it.
- Ask what the piece weighs and what it is stated to be made of. Both are claims by the seller rather than tests, and both are still better than an adjective. Asking for better QC photos covers how to get the shots that let you check clasps, engraving and stone setting.

- Rebuild any link you were given. Small-category posts age badly; the link decoder recovers the item from the URL's own shape.
