Two sellers, three quoted comments apiece, and 1,289 catalogued items between them. On paper that is the same evidence twice. In practice the two files are distorted in opposite directions, and the distortion is the only thing here worth comparing.
ROCKET's three comments were all written on 17 April 2025, in one thread, on one subreddit. GOAT's three are separated by four and a half years and sit in three different threads. Neither shape is better. They fail differently, and knowing how is more useful than either set of comments.

Two large catalogues behind six sentences
This pair is unusual on this site in that both stores actually resolve into browsable items. We hold 793 items for ROCKET, weighted to apparel with sneakers behind it, and 496 for GOAT across apparel, outerwear and accessories. Most sellers we write about resolve to zero.
Say plainly what those numbers are: proof that somebody photographs and lists at volume. They are not proof of stitching, sizing, delivery or replies. A store can carry 793 live listings and still have three comments written about it, which is exactly the situation on both sides of this page.
The brand tags are narrow for both. ROCKET reads as Essentials and Fear of God. GOAT reads as Corteiz and Trapstar. Neither has a comment about anything outside that lane.
ROCKET's file is a single afternoon
We read 76 comments across four threads. The three we kept all sit in the same r/FashionReps conversation, and it was opened as a complaint:
Rocket is a scam. My agent (Superbuy) place and order for a Casablanca shirt on 4/23. Seller has not replied at all. I reached out on Whatsapp and no reply either.

Note how much of that is checkable: an agent is named, a garment is named, a date is given, two contact channels are described. That is a specific allegation rather than a mood, and specificity is the thing that lets a reader weigh it. It is also unresolved in our corpus — no follow-up, no shipment, no refund, no reply from the seller.
The other two comments from the same thread are the reason the file cannot carry more weight than it does. One is a bystander asking whether to reconsider a planned order, and the other is somebody with no experience at all:
honestly never heard of rocket reps personally, there's a much better essentials seller that only charges about $10 more. Forgot their name but the hoodies were similar quality and print (easy to find if you use search bar here)

As advice that is unusable, since the recommended alternative goes unnamed. As a measure of how visible this store was among people who buy exactly this category, it is the most honest line in the thread.
GOAT's file is five years with a hole in the middle
We read 130 comments across five threads and three subreddits, and kept three. September 2021, February 2022, then nothing until April 2026.
The loudest is also the emptiest. In a 2022 thread about quality, the top-voted comment we hold is a shout with no garment, no measurement and no order behind it — we quote it in full on the GOAT writeup rather than repeat it here, because in a three-comment file the shape of a comment matters more than its volume.
The 2021 comment is more substantial and, read carefully, is not really about this seller:
Sellers been giving out fake tracking ID's for years on here, its just a way so it looks like they sent it out but are probably scrambling to make up the orders and get the factory making more products. Scummy move but its not just goat doing this.

How the two shapes fail
A one-thread file over-represents whatever the thread was opened for. ROCKET's was opened with a complaint, so it collected complaint-shaped replies. The mirror case is just as true and we say it wherever it applies: a file assembled from one haul post over-represents satisfaction, because the person posting a haul is the person whose parcel arrived.
A file stretched across five years fails in the other direction. GOAT's substantive material describes 2021 and 2022. Factories, staff and stock all turn over faster than that, so an old account is evidence about a period rather than about now — and the four-year silence between 2022 and 2026 is an absence of records, not a clean record.
Put those together and the honest reading is narrow. ROCKET has one detailed, unanswered complaint and no counterweight. GOAT has one general market observation, one shout, and one question, none of them a description of a received item.
Where the comparison actually lands
Neither file contains a first-hand haul with photographs of what turned up. Neither contains a refund, a return, or a dispute that ended. Neither contains a size, a measurement or a fabric note. Both stores are visible enough to have hundreds of listings and almost nothing written about them, which is a common combination and never a comfortable one.
The one real asymmetry is age. ROCKET's file is fifteen months old and concentrated; GOAT's substantive half is four years old and dispersed. If recency matters to you, that is the difference. It is not a quality difference and we are not presenting it as one.
