Picture the building wrong and every later decision goes wrong with it. Most people imagine a locker: things go in, things come out, storage is the service. It is not. The hard problem in an agent's warehouse is identification — a room takes in thousands of anonymous domestic Chinese parcels a day, none carrying your name, and every one has to be attached to the right stranger overseas before anything else can happen.
Everything downstream follows from that. This page walks the building in the order your box moves through it.
Inbound: attaching a nameless box to a person
The seller ships to the agent's address, not to you. What arrives is a domestic parcel carrying a tracking number the seller generated and, if you are lucky, an order reference.
Receiving means scanning that number, finding the purchase it belongs to, and marking the line arrived. When it works, your account flips from purchased to received. When the seller shipped without a usable reference, or bundled three orders into one bag, the box is physically present and administratively invisible. One buyer described the same silence from the seller's side:
My agent (Superbuy) place and order for a Casablanca shirt on 4/23. Seller has not replied at all. I reached out on Whatsapp and no reply either.

That thread is on the Rockets Reps page. The lesson for this stage is narrow: the only handle staff have on your goods is the reference the seller gave them.
The bench: opening, and what gets thrown away
Inbound parcels are opened. Nothing can be photographed through cardboard, and the outer packaging is dead weight on an international leg, so the carton and the filler go. What is kept — retail box, dust bag, hang tags, polybag — is decided twice: here, and again at packing if you ask for box removal. If any of it matters to you, say so at the order stage. Packaging and tags covers what comes with what.
The photo bench, and why it is not a seller's album
Then the item is photographed. This is the step the service fee buys, because it is the only time anybody looks at your specific object while it is still in the country it came from. Sellers publish photographs too, and they are a different artefact — an album is marketing about a product line, often good and sometimes very good:
what do yall think about rainbow reps? are they good or bad? in my opinion they have really good pictures of the items because they show u videos of it, pictures of it on and the weight of it.

That comment is on the RainbowReps page. An album shows an item as the seller wishes to sell it. Warehouse photographs show the unit in your box, shot fast under a fixed light — less flattering, more useful.
The standard set is a fixed number of angles. Anything beyond it is a request, and requests are cheap at order time:
Looks nice in my eyes but if you want qc for the badge next time ask your agent for pics on the badge when buying maybe they will do it for free now too

One buyer's practice from 2022, on the KOG001 page; extra-photo policies differ by agent and change. The habit generalises: name the detail you care about in the order remark, before anyone picks the item up. How to read QC photos covers what to look at afterwards.
The shelf, which is a database row
After photography the item is binned and its location recorded. From your side it is a line in a list with a date on it, and that date matters: the free storage window runs per item from check-in, not from your order. Warehouse storage fees is the whole subject. Items are shelved wherever they fit, not together because one buyer owns them.
When what arrived is not what you bought
The warehouse is the last place a mistake is cheap, because the item is one domestic parcel away from the seller. Buyers use exactly that:
Jelly’s work is usually top notch quality I have the pair they sent you to the warehouse but in white instead of black, I would see if the warehouse can return these for you bro and send another pair 🫡

One commenter's suggestion in one thread, linked from the Zengshuaige page; whether a return happens depends on the seller and your agent's policy. The structure holds regardless: a swap here costs a domestic postage label, and the same swap after a border crossing usually costs more than the item.
Outbound: picking, packing, weighing, declaring
Submitting a parcel starts four operations.
- Picking. Your lines come out of their bins onto one trolley — the first moment your haul exists as a physical group.
- Packing. Into a standard carton, with whatever repacking you asked for.
- Weighing and measuring. Chargeable weight comes from both scale and tape, which is why a light bulky parcel prices like a heavy one.
- Manifesting. The parcel is assigned to a line, given an international tracking number, and declared for export.
Step four is where your box stops being warehoused and becomes freight. What goes on a declaration is a legal question in your own country as well as in China, and we are not going to advise you on it — read your national customs authority, and customs and duties on a rep parcel for how the pieces interact.
Five jobs the warehouse does not do
- Authenticate anything. These are replicas, and no photograph makes an item something it is not.
- Measure garments as a matter of course. Chest, length and sleeve are a request.
- Judge quality for you. Staff photograph obvious faults; they do not decide whether a print sits 2mm low.
- Repair, steam or clean. What arrives creased ships creased.
- Argue with the seller unprompted. Mediation starts when you open a case.
What our record says about warehouses
Almost nothing. This site holds 237 quoted Reddit comments across 124 sellers, gathered from haul threads about garments. Four mention a warehouse at all, and none describes a repack, a weighing dispute or a lost item inside one.
So there is no comparison here of whose photo bench is better, and there will not be one until somebody measures it — not least because this site earns a commission on agent signups, as the methodology page states. New to this? How to buy reps walks the chain in sequence.
