zengshuaige vs mook-official: what each record is actually about

Two sellers, two Reddit files, and both of them are mostly about how hard it is to reach the seller rather than about what arrived in the box.

Published 2026-08-10

Put the zengshuaige and mook-official files next to each other and something odd shows up. Between them we hold twelve quoted comments, and roughly half are not about quality at all. They are about contact: whose number changed, who stopped replying, which agent refuses the order.

That is the comparison this page makes, because it is the one the evidence supports. Nobody here is rating either seller.

The two files, counted

zengshuaige is the store Reddit calls JELLY. We read five threads carrying 111 comments; ten name the seller. That clears the threshold this site uses for its top evidence tier, which means only that eight or more comments named them — not that the comments were good.

mook-official, written MOOK, sits one rung lower for a purely arithmetic reason: five threads, 141 comments read, seven of them naming the seller. Seven is inside the one-to-seven band. One extra comment would have moved the label without changing a single fact underneath it, which is the honest way to read any tier.

The catalogues run the other way entirely. We resolved 133 items to a photo and a working buy link for JELLY, and 3,373 for MOOK. Per item listed, MOOK is by far the less-discussed of the two.

JELLY: a seller who is hard to reach

The most-upvoted comment we hold about JELLY is a customer stepping into somebody else's wrong-order thread:

Jelly’s work is usually top notch quality I have the pair they sent you to the warehouse but in white instead of black, I would see if the warehouse can return these for you bro and send another pair 🫡

u/sheluvblicks, r/FashionReps, 30 August 2025

Note what that comment is: an endorsement of quality wrapped around a report that the wrong shoes were shipped. Both halves are in the record and both count.

Two separate people, three years apart, describe the same difficulty:

Depending on what you want and jelly changed her # Trying to see if I can get it

u/Wrong-Calendar-5994, r/FashionReps, 28 August 2022

Did you order direct? Jelly hasn’t responded to me in ages

u/AppointmentHungry352, r/DesignerReps, 8 May 2026

And a third frames it as a known quirk rather than a failure:

That’s the legit number. Jelly is sometimes slow but hold Through & you’ll be fine

u/RepsUpMoneyDown, r/FashionReps, 26 June 2026

Four years separate the oldest and newest JELLY comments we hold, which is the longest span in this pair. It also means the oldest one describes a contact route that has already been reported as changed by the newer ones. Old evidence about a phone number is not evidence.

MOOK: an ordering problem, in the buyer's own words

The MOOK file contains the single most concrete obstacle in either record, and it has nothing to do with the goods:

how can i contact mook? impossible to order through cn fans (We are very sorry that the product is suspected of infringement, We are unable to purchase it for you. If you have any questions, please contact us) thanks fam !

u/Successful_Owl_7243, r/FashionReps, 11 January 2026

That is one buyer, one agent, one moment. Agents change what they will and will not purchase, so treat it as a thing that happened rather than a standing rule. Another commenter in a later thread describes a workaround they use:

I never ship things from Mook directly, I use forwarding to send to superbuy and they ship for me.

u/Odd_Kick2517, r/FashionReps, 10 July 2026

The one flat quality statement we hold is deliberately unremarkable, and it names the route it took:

Mook is fine. I have only ordered from him through an agent though. Never had any issues and the product was great.

u/ApprehensiveWay1862, r/RepsFashionDogs, 23 March 2026

There is one price claim in the file, made by a buyer about a past order:

I ordered some supreme tees from mook a while ago. Dudes underrated considering the were only like $20 each. Huge yupoo too

u/Brilliant_Nature9926, r/FashionReps, 11 January 2026

We do not hold prices ourselves and are not confirming that one. It is what a stranger remembered paying at an unspecified date.

Two of MOOK's six quotes are questions nobody answered

This deserves its own heading because it is the weakest part of the record and it is easy to miss when quotes are stacked up.

does mook fit tts and good quality? im planning on doing a massive haul with him

u/Annual-Candy863, r/FashionReps, 23 August 2024

How long did stuff take to arrive from mook?

u/dsr7, r/FashionReps, 5 March 2026

Both are counted as comments naming the seller, because they do. Neither tells you anything about the seller. Any count of "comments about a seller" includes people asking the same question you are, and this pair is the clearest example of it in our whole set.

What is missing from both

No refund is documented on either side. The JELLY wrong-order thread is the closest either file comes, and it ends with a bystander suggesting a warehouse return rather than with an outcome. We do not know what happened next.

No sizing evidence exists for either seller in these quotes. One MOOK commenter asks whether the fit is true to size; nobody replies inside what we captured.

And neither file has anything to say about the bulk of what the sellers list. Seven on-topic comments across a 3,373-item catalogue is not coverage; it is a handful of anecdotes attached to a shopfront.

If you are choosing between them

Read the full files with their permalinks on the JELLY evidence page and the MOOK evidence page, then note that the recurring theme in both is the ordering path rather than the object. That is the part you can actually plan around: pick your route first, confirm the item is purchasable through it, and use the link decoder to check that the same product resolves across more than one agent before you commit. How to buy reps covers the rest of the chain.
