Nobody compares these two stores because they compete. They get compared because a search box put them next to each other. Four questions, and what each file returns
Has anyone described an item that arrived? Budget Clothing: no. Not a buyer, not a photograph, not a garment. BUDGETSHOES: once, in December 2024, a pair of LV Trainers described as good for the price with one or two unnamed flaws. One file clears this bar by a single sentence and the other does not clear it at all.
Has anyone described an order going wrong? Neither. No refund, no dispute, no wrong size, no seller who stopped answering. Two comments and six comments are both far too small a sample to contain a failure, so read the silence as arithmetic rather than as a clean sheet.
Is the store the store? This is where the files stop being comparable. Budget Clothing's record never raises the question. BUDGETSHOES's record is almost entirely the question, argued out in one r/FashionReps thread on 30 July 2024:

Four commenters in that thread take the position that the original seller never returned and that the account using the name is somebody else. We have not verified that and neither did they. What it establishes is that in mid-2024 the community treated the handle as contested.
How current is any of it? Budget Clothing's entire record is one day, 27 June 2025. BUDGETSHOES's is two days, 30 July and 29 December 2024. Both files have been silent since, which for a market where storefronts change hands is the shared weakness that matters most.

Two comments, one thread, one afternoon. That is the whole file. Our writeup of it goes through what an absent record is and is not.
Yield and catalogue: the two axes that separate them
Yield. Budget Clothing appears in six subreddits and generated 24 comments across them. BUDGETSHOES appears in five and generated 66, of which nine were usable. A name that is passed between many rooms without producing discussion in any of them is being circulated, not reviewed. A name that produces one loud thread has at least been examined once.
Catalogue. We resolved three items for BUDGETSHOES, all sneakers, and none at all for Budget Clothing, whose brand tags run to Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chrome Hearts, Alexander McQueen, Golden Goose, CP Company and A-COLD-WALL. Three is very little and zero is nothing, so neither store gives you much to look at on the shelf. Both counts describe what our crawler could resolve, not what either store stocks.
Category. One is tagged as clothing and the other resolved only to sneakers. If you are choosing between them for a specific item, that will usually decide it before any of the above does.
Eight comments, and not one of them about quality
Because the two files are not arguing about the same thing. Eight quoted comments between them contain exactly one account of an object in somebody's hands, no completed order start to finish, no price, no shipping time, no sizing note, and no resolved complaint on either side.
That is not a tie in the sense of two equal records. It is two records that each fail on a different axis, and the fair statement is that nothing here distinguishes the stores on quality, because nothing here is about quality. Anyone publishing a ranked answer to this comparison built it out of the same eight comments you have just read.
Get the handle right before anything else
Verify the handle character for character before anything else. With names this close and a live argument about a reused name in one of the files, opening the wrong store is the easy mistake — the subdomain is the durable identifier, not the display name.
