These two sellers get compared because both turn up in luxury-adjacent threads and both have unusually thick comment files by the standards of this site: 163 comments read across five Premium888 threads, 183 across five for scarlettluxury.
Thickness is not the same as coverage. Underneath those totals, the two records are built out of completely different material, and that is the only comparison worth making. Neither seller is rated here.
Who is actually talking
Of the six Premium888 comments we quote, four were written by one account, in one thread, on one day in December 2024. It is a detailed haul review, and it is essentially the entire positive record.
Of the six scarlettluxury comments we quote, six were written by six different accounts across three threads and two calendar years. Three of them sit in a single "best rep sellers" thread from October 2024, where people were listing sellers and arguing about the list.
So the Premium888 file is deep and narrow: one person, several items, a lot of detail. The scarlettluxury file is shallow and wide: many people, one recurring complaint, very little detail about any individual object.
Neither shape is better. They fail in opposite directions. A single detailed reviewer can be unrepresentative or simply lucky; a crowd repeating a slogan can be repeating each other rather than reporting.
What the crowd said about scarlettluxury
The three highest-scoring comments in our entire scarlettluxury file are all about price, and the community upvoted them hard.

Both October 2024 comments come from the same thread, so read them as two voices in one conversation rather than as two independent findings.
One commenter offers a mechanism for the price complaint. It is a claim, unverified by us, and it names a third party:

That is an endorsement written before the item arrived. It is evidence about a shopping experience, not about a product, and it is the sort of thing that gets counted as a positive review everywhere except on a page that reads the words.
What the one reviewer said about Premium888
The Premium888 record is anchored by a buyer who was in China at the time and could return items directly, which is an unusual and much better position than most people ordering from these stores.
So I kept on seeing Premium888 pop up on this subreddit claiming to be the supplier of other well known "quality" rep sellers.

I've never bought from MadeinKungfu myself but from my research it seems very plausible / likely, I'll just say that Premium888's quality is definitely there, and pricing is fair / cheap for the quality.

Note that the supplier claim is reported as research, twice, by someone who says he has not tested it. We have not tested it either.
A year later, on a different subreddit, a commenter placed Premium888 above the budget end of the market:
Both Liz and KK offer cheap reps which are decent for the price and are an alternative for RK since he sources from them, but they do not sell high quality reps like this.

Where scarlettluxury's file says expensive, Premium888's says cheap for what it is. Those are opinions from different people about different goods in different years, and they do not combine into a ranking.
Why some of these quotes stop early
Every comment we store is capped at roughly 300 characters, and plenty of them are cut mid-word. The probotzor comment above continues past our cut-off and the stored text ends in the middle of a name; the digesting_raptor opener runs on and stops mid-phrase.

Neither file has anything recent. The newest comment in either record is from December 2025, and half the scarlettluxury quotes are from 2023. Pricing complaints age particularly badly.
The catalogues are also not comparable.
