MM is middleman, one of the terms the rep glossary unpacks. Read the comment for what it is: one person's account of one shipping quote on one day, written in a thread they were unhappy in. We have not seen the messages, we do not hold the seller's side of it, and shipping quotes legitimately move with weight, route and destination country. Two figures in a Reddit comment are not a rate card.
The second comment, from the same thread and the same date, is not a complaint at all. It is somebody checking:

The account has since been deleted, and no answer we hold follows it. Someone paid, someone wondered afterwards whether the number was reasonable, and the record stops there. It tells you a transaction happened. It tells you nothing about what arrived.
Our own counter disagrees with the reading
The tally on the justgokick evidence page files one of these two as positive and neither as negative. We are showing you that because the raw comments above are what the counter is counting, and you can see immediately how little arithmetic over two sentences is entitled to mean.
That is the general problem with sentiment scores in this market, and it is why our methodology grades the strength of a record rather than the seller behind it. A number computed over two comments will always look more confident than the two comments deserve.
