Every rep community on Reddit is a satellite of one much bigger one, and r/CoutureReps is a clear example of what that means in practice. Our corpus records 64 distinct subreddits where at least one of the 124 sellers we index has been named. Twelve of those sellers carry r/CoutureReps in their list — and all twelve also carry r/FashionReps.
That single overlap is the most useful fact on this page. It tells you the sub is not a separate market with its own roster. It is a second room the same sellers get discussed in.
What the sub is used for, judging only by our threads
We are not going to describe rules, moderators or subscriber counts here, because we do not hold them and inventing them is exactly the failure this site exists to avoid. What we do hold is threads, and the shape of a thread tells you something.
The two r/CoutureReps threads in our corpus are a QC post — a buyer showing photographs of a shoe they received and asking the room to look at it — and a seller-name thread whose whole subject is one seller's Yupoo alias. Both are the format that dominates every rep sub: somebody bought a thing, or somebody wants to know whether a name is worth their money.

The numbers, computed rather than guessed
Across the whole corpus we hold 237 quoted comments about 124 sellers. Exactly two of those 237 comments have a permalink in r/CoutureReps. The twelve sellers tied to the sub break down like this:
- Five have any quoted comment at all, from anywhere. Seven are named there and nowhere quotable — we know a thread mentioned them and we hold no opinion text.
- Those twelve sellers appear in an average of four subreddits each. None appears in r/CoutureReps alone.
- Between them they account for 1,766 items in our catalogue, with four stores supplying nearly all of it and the rest contributing almost nothing.
The date range is narrow. The two comments sourced from the sub were posted in threads from 29 December 2024 and 1 April 2025. Widen to every quoted comment we hold about those twelve sellers, from any sub, and the range runs from 3 July 2023 to 14 July 2026.
The two comments
The first is a QC thread on a pair of LV trainers, and it is unusually specific about the thing most QC posts skate over:
I have the LV Trainers from Budgetshoess here, they are really good for the price but the shoe certainly has one or two flaws that I have noticed.

That comment is worth reading against the rest of what we hold on that name, because the wider record on it is contested — the same seller has comments from r/FashionReps in 2024 arguing about whether the store trading under that name is even the same operation. The second is a reply to a dormant thread, which is a format r/CoutureReps threads seem to attract:

Note what that comment is and is not. It is one person's account of two coats over four years — genuinely rare data, because almost nobody reports back years later. It is also a single unverified anecdote, and it names a seller by an alias rather than a store, which is the sort of detail that makes a name hard to pin down later. How it differs from the other subs
Two things separate it from its neighbours in our data.
The first is that the sellers tied to it lean toward designer apparel and luxury house names rather than sneakers or jerseys. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Balenciaga, Dior, Hermes, Moncler and Stone Island all appear in the brand lists of the twelve. Four of the twelve are also tied to r/DesignerReps, which is the highest overlap after r/FashionReps itself.
The second is thinness. r/CoutureReps ranks sixth by seller count in our data and produced two quoted comments. By comparison r/FashionReps ties to 103 of the 124 sellers and produced 167 of the 237 quotes. If you read only r/CoutureReps you are seeing a small slice of a conversation that is happening mostly somewhere else.

Using a small sub without being misled by it
Two comments cannot rank anyone, and we are not going to. What a thin sub is genuinely good for is different from what people use it for.
- Read it for threads, not for consensus. A QC post with photographs is evidence you can evaluate yourself. A one-line "he's good" is not, whatever the vote count.
- Check whether the name exists elsewhere. Every seller we hold from this sub also appears in a larger room. If a name appears only in one small sub, that is a fact worth noticing before you spend.
- Date everything. A comment from 2023 about a Yupoo store describes a store that may have changed hands, changed stock, or stopped answering. Our methodology page explains how we date what we hold.
- Recover the link, not the recommendation. The durable object is the marketplace item id, and the link decoder reads it straight out of a dead agent URL.
