You will spend more hours inside an agent's website than doing anything else in this hobby. Not shopping — that happens on Weidian and in Yupoo albums. The agent's software is where you paste, wait, refresh, squint at photographs, and eventually build a box. Which makes it odd that agent comparisons go straight to fee percentages and never mention it. This page is about the part you actually touch, and it names no winner, for the reason at the bottom.
They are all the same seven screens
Underneath the branding, every agent implements the same workflow, because the job imposes it. Learn the seven surfaces once and any agent's interface becomes legible in an afternoon.
1. The link box
Where you paste a product URL, and the one screen where agents genuinely diverge. Some swallow an entire encoded source URL; others are built around a bare numeric item id and reject a malformed paste with an unhelpful error. That is why a link that works for a friend can fail for you — when a rep link works for others but not for you covers the failure modes, and the link decoder normalises it by reading the id out of a URL's shape. Sellers also hand out one-off links built for a single buyer:
Copped these after seeing all the recs in the sub. Quality is insane – materials, stitching, everything is on point. Owner's communication is straight but efficient. Hooked me up with a custom link and threw in a legit LV card holder!

That thread is on the SixGods page.
2. The order form, and the remark field nobody uses
Size, colour, quantity, and a free-text box for instructions to the buyer and the warehouse. The remark field is the most under-used control here: it is where you ask for a photograph of a specific detail, a measurement, or packaging to be kept — cheap now, awkward once the item is shelved. Whether it is prominent or buried three clicks down is a real difference, invisible in any fee table.
3. The QC gallery
The viewer for your warehouse photographs. What varies: how large images open, whether the full set downloads in one action, how long they survive approval, and whether extra shots are a button or a ticket. Claims about what an agent will photograph circulate constantly, and they age:
Brother do you recommend Akdingji? And what agent do you use? because SB and ACB dont provide QC from weidian items...

A stranger's claim from November 2024, on the Akdingji page, which we have not tested. Verify anything of that shape against the agent's current help pages before it decides anything.
4. The warehouse list
Your items on shelves, each with a check-in date. What differs: whether the free-storage countdown is shown per item, and whether anything warns you before a window closes. An interface that shows the clock is materially different to live with — warehouse storage fees is why the per-item date bites.
5. The parcel builder and the quote screen
Tick items, choose repacking, get a number. Two questions: can you re-quote every line without committing, and does the breakdown show chargeable weight beside actual weight? Without that, a large quote is undiagnosable — the quote came back double is the triage.
6. Support
Live chat, a ticket system, or a messaging app. What differs is not politeness but structure: whether a conversation attaches to an order number, and whether you can retrieve it later. A channel with no searchable history is one where nothing you were told can be quoted back.
7. The wallet, coupons and tiers
Balances, top-ups, discount codes and tiered rates — mechanisms rather than perks. A balance is money spendable in one place only; a tier is a discount conditional on staying. How agent service fees work covers where the margin sits.
When the agent will not buy from your seller
One difference has nothing to do with design: which listings the purchasing system accepts. Off-marketplace stores — a WeChat catalogue, a Yupoo album with no Weidian listing behind it — cannot always be entered into the form:
So currently, Superbuy is also not allowing purchases from FakeLab as it’s a ‘offline’ store (not weidian/ taobao). FakeLab was responding until a couple of days ago (1 response in 2 days) but now he’s completely vanished.

A second commenter in the same thread, on the FakeLab page, gave the workaround:
offline means buy from WeChat directly without weidian or tabao This not mean selller not online You can use Superbuy order and ask fakelab send you weidian links to you

Two unverified comments from 2024 about one store and one agent. What generalises is the category: if your seller has no marketplace listing, the link box is where that becomes your problem, and asking for a listing link is the standard fix.
Four differences that only show up on day thirty
- Translation quality. All of these are translated from Chinese, and mistranslated buttons in the packing options are the ones that cost money.
- Notification behaviour. Whether you are told an item arrived, photos are ready, or a window is closing — or expected to keep checking.
- App and web parity. Repacking options and full-size downloads are the usual casualties on mobile.
- History and export. Whether an order from eight months ago comes back as text rather than screenshots — the difference between records and memories, and what keeping records so a dispute is winnable is about.
A five-minute test drive, before you fund anything
- Paste an awkward link — a long Taobao URL with tracking parameters, then a bare item id. See which shapes it accepts.
- Open the order form and find the remark field. Time how long that takes.
- Find the fee page and the storage terms from inside the account, not from a marketing page.
- Find the shipping calculator and try a plausible weight to your own country.
- Ask support one real question. The reply time and the shape of the answer are the sample.
None of that requires a purchase, and it tells you more than a comparison table will. It also beats a screenshot from a thread: interfaces are redesigned, features move behind membership tiers, and an account with a coupon applied looks nothing like yours. Read screenshots as evidence that something once existed, not as a specification.
What we have not done
We have not held accounts at all eight agents, timed their support, or measured photo quality. Nobody here has compared two parcel builders side by side.
The record does not fill the gap: across 237 quoted comments, sixteen name a shopping agent at all, and three of those are an automoderator sticky advertising affiliate beginner guides. That is a corpus about sellers and garments, as the methodology page says — along with the fact that this site takes a commission on agent signups, which is why there is no best-app ranking here. How to choose a shopping agent turns the decision back into questions about your own situation.
